The Humane Society of West Michigan is proud to operate the Kibble Konnection, a pet food bank program which helps low-income pet owners provide food for their pets.
Low Income verification must be one of the following:
Bridge card - Along with the annual letter dated within the last 12 months and copy of card. Must be the name listed on KK application
Medicaid - letter/statement and copy of card. Must be the name listed on KK application
SSI Disability / Retirement - letter/statement. Must be the name listed on KK application
Unemployment / Salary statement - Must be the name listed on KK application. Must be less than 200% of Federal Poverty Level guideline
Verification of spay/neuter (altered) for EVERY animal in the household. When surgery was done, OR Current Vet stating name of the animal, the owner (KK applicant) and verification they are altered. (If not altered, contact Csnip.org)
Food will be provided for up to TWO animals only, regardless of the number listed on the applicationals only, regardless of the number listed on the application
