Saturday, September 7th 11am-4:30pm Sinkin’ & Drinkin’ Cornhole Tournament
Humane Society of West Michigan will be joining the Holiday Bar for their second annual Sinkin & Drinkin Cornhole Tournament sponsored by Tito’s! Come out and join us with your teammates for a day of drinking, competition, and sportsmanship! There will be fun prizes from all the sponsors, and we will be there from 11am-2pm with our adoption trailer trying to find new homes for our adoptable pets!
Saturday, September 7th Back to School Photos
It’s that time of year again where all the kids rush back off to school- but did you get any photos taken to remember what they look like this year? What about your family pets? They’ve gotten another year older too. Remember the times with a new family picture! Sign up online to schedule a time to come in and have your family photo taken with your furry best friend! For $40 you will receive multiple photos from your session as well as choose your own background. Come serious or silly! Family friendly props are welcomed as well. Keep an eye on our website for sign-ups beginning on September 7th!
Thursday, September 19th 4pm-7pm Guild Mortgage Adoption Event
Guild Mortgage is hosting a fundraiser event in honor of the Humane Scoiety of West Michigan at Ada Park’s front pavilion! We will be there with our adoption trailer finding homes for some adorable animals with Guild Mortgage covering half of the adoption fees. By donating items from HSWMs wishlist, you will receive extra entries into the giveaways! Come on out for some pizza, ice cream, and raffle prizes as well as professional photographers to snap some pics of you and your furry best friends!

Humane Society of West Michigan will be attending Paws with a Cause’s fourth annual Retriever Fever event at Riverside Park! There will be food trucks, games, raffles and prizes, tables with local vendors, and dog CPR demonstrations. Join in on the fun and don’t forget to compete in their Labrador Retriever vs. Golden Retriever competition!
