Humane Society of West Michigan provides a variety of different services to help people and animals in need. 

Animal Admitting
Do you need to surrender your pet? Humane Society of West Michigan takes in owner surrenders as well as stray animals. Please click HERE for more information. 

Community Vaccine Clinic
HSWM provides a low-cost vaccine clinic for pets in our community that we hold both onsite at our shelter and at offsite locations around West Michigan. To be a part of this program you must provide low-income status. For more information on our Community Vaccine Clinics please click HERE.

Kibble Konnection
Humane Society of West Michigan is proud to operate the Kibble Konnection, a pet food bank program which helps low-income pet owners provide food for their pets, in partnership with the Access of West Michigan Food Pantry network. For more information on this program please click HERE. 

Low-Cost Euthanasia
Saying goodbye to a beloved pet is always difficult. To help alleviate some of the burden, Humane Society of West Michigan offers low-cost euthanasia for pet owners. For more information on our low-cost euthanasia service please click HERE.

Obedience & Behavior
At HSWM we provide onsite dog obedience classes as well as in home behavior assistance. Please click HERE for more information. 

P.E.T.S. Network
​This innovative program will provide emergency housing for pets affected by a natural disaster, eviction, domestic violence, owner homelessness, and other temporary care situations. For more information click HERE.
